What do you think about yellow nail polish? My
feelings about it are mixed, but sometimes it just feels so good to wear
something different, maybe even bolder if you want. Yes, it can look
inappropriate or even ugly, but it can also make you feel free.
I would describe Vagabond as quite muted, slightly mustardy yellow. It is out of my
comfort zone and far away from being office friendly, but somehow I like it.
This is my weekend polish and color that makes me happy. So mission off this
shade is completed.
CND Vinylux is new to me and I’m not very
impressed with their quality. Maybe it varies from shade to shade, but this
polish chips very quickly, if you don’t use their top coat. It supposed to be
long lasting, but sadly not on its own, it’s
a two- step system.
Color applies patchy, uneven and requires some
patience and extra work. This can be very annoying, especially if you’re used
to work with top polishes. Formula is very thin, so you’ll need three coats to
get the best results. Honestly I’m often too lazy for that and I assume that a
lot of you don’t have so time for long manicures. Extra wide brush can be
helpful, but on the other hand also too big and bulky.
Vagabond is part of Boho spirit collection from I believe summer 2018. I ordered it on
Ebay, because this brand is not sold in our stores, its available only in
salons. This color is unique enough to be purchased, but don’t expect too much.
