Underrated: Makeup factory

How well do you know drugstore brand from Germany named Makeup factory? Let me just give you an answer – not enough. This is not sponsored in any way I just want to present you high quality products, which don’t give enough attention. We need to clear up something. This is a store brand, to be more specific, drugstore brand from Müller, but prices are in the range of MAC. Their products are made in Germany and this is also a reason that I trust them. It might sound bad, but I’m still not convinced in makeup made in China.

For now I only own two products from them. Maybe their collections are not the most modern and visual appealing, but quality is really good.

I love blushes, but sometimes you just need something discreet and easy to use. I was looking for something I can’t overdo early in the morning, when I’m still partly asleep and the light in my room is not that great. I discovered ˝All over beautifier˝. It comes in just one color named ˝Touch of Salmon˝. You can use it all over you face (I would not recommend this, it’s not that innocent), or as a blush. As the name says, it’s light coral- pink color and looks very lively in the pan, but when you blend it, it almost disappears. It is sheer, but definitely buildable mat color. Product is quite powdery, but applies nicely with a big fluffy brush. A nice, light touch of natural color. I would say it is flattering for every skin tone and appropriate for every day.

Powder comes in firm classic plastic case with a mirror. Nothing special, but nice and simple.  First it was a part of fall collection 2016, but later became a permanent product.

My second product is more interesting, I’m talking about a ˝Strobing fluid˝. This is definitely more trendy and noticeable, but still looks decent and not over the top. Strobing fluid comes in classy skinny bottle with a pump and again in just one shade, named ˝Luminous glow˝.  Ok this bottle is appealing, but to me not very practical, because you can’t really control the amount of product that comes out. I would much more prefer some kind of sponge applicator maybe. I’m not supper skilled to blend liquid things perfectly, so I use this very carefully.

It’s not something I would wear to work, but it’s not super trashy if you know what I mean. I used on my cheeks today, because I wanted to take photos for blog, but it doesn’t show up on this light, so instead I swatched it heavily on my hand.
