Classy, but sexy

Yesterday I was so in the mood for making another outfit collage and here it is. You’ll be the judge of how successfully selected items even belong together. This is one of my pre-winter outfit ideas.

3/4-sleeved turtleneck by Maxmara – it is the most expensive item from the picture. I wanted a solidly ˝built˝ quality jumper (wool and cashmere blend), basic and versatile. Something that would surely keep me warm and made me feel luxuriously great. I am not sure if I can justify its price point. And also, the type of coat I chose to go with it almost requires something with a high neck.

Leather effect leggings by Hugo Boss – another fancy selection. I love how they look on skinny people, but I am not sure if I would be comfortable wearing them, not even under a long coat. Maybe I should try with just a shiny finish first They give that sexy touch to the classic elegance. Warm leggings can be a great, stylish and comfortable option as long as they don’t look cheap.

Textured coat by Zara – I saw this one in person and it is so beautiful and vibrant. It stood out from other boring, black coats that were looking so sadly and plain. Anyway, it has one flaw for me. It has no collar, which can be a problem sometimes.

Karl Lagerfeld bag – simple black bag with initials and carefully added details. Another simple, but never boring piece, ideal for a season of celebrations.

Booties by Gioseppo – like I need another pair of shoes, but I’m in love. I usually avoid these types of shoes, because they can look funky, but these are stunning. They would suit many styles and upgrade those my beloved black winter outfits. But I am concerned about one thing – I think they are for dry weather only.
