Yves Rocher mini haul

I just recently rediscovered Yves Rocher. It used to be one of my favorites a few years ago, but then they closed their physical stores in my area and somehow I chose other brands instead…

Anyway, I saw the ad for their new festive collection and just had to buy it. One of the lines contains oranges and chocolate and that was loudly screaming my name. If you may not know by now, I’ve been recently obsessed with oranges in cosmetics and perfumery, but still, almost hate to eat them.

So I got myself a festive gift set – Melting orange. It contains a large-sized shower gel, oil-based body scrub, and mini hand cream. I haven’t tried everything yet, but so far I am very happy. I am impressed with this little hand cream because it absorbs really fast and it’s not greasy. I can’t stand greasy hands. The smell is very pleasant, not too strong, and not fake, which is always crucial to me, I love when something smells great. As I can remember from the past seasons, they often do this orange-chocolate or cocoa combination and it is always a success story.

And then I also bought something I used to like a lot – my beloved Coffee beans shower gel, which is actually now even richer, so it can be used also as a bubble bath. It smells just like a true rich coffee with creamer. Everyone in my house hates this and laughs if I made some coffee during my shower, but I really like it. It is one of those calming and relaxing scents to me, like a familiar hug.

I’m glad I found Yves Rocher again, I’m planning to get some more seasonal things from them while I still can.
