Hello!
I’m so happy that the weekend is almost here and that the weather outside will get a bit cooler, because it was hard to
work in such conditions. I’m not so
lucky to be in modern office with good air condition, we mostly just improvise
with draft. It’s not a surprise that I think about colder days, so today I
decided to combine my two favorite things: fall and nail polish. I went through
tons of pictures on the internet and made some picks of really beautiful autumnal
nail polishes. The problem was how to capture the real shade of a polish.
Different lights, conditions, cameras, outdoor, indoor places and the color
look completely different. I hope these pictures represent the shades in their
best way and hope you’ll like them too. I don’t own any of these polishes just
yet, because the decision of choosing just one is so difficult. And again, I
don’t need another nail polish. Or do I?
Let’s begin with my favorite
brand, OPI. I love their thin formula, because it dries fast and the polish has
by my opinion longer life because of this. The other thing is their wide brush,
which enables fast and precise application. Sadly their selection of colors has
not been so great lately, but on the other thing, that’s good, because it means
that I won’t be buying new polishes so soon. I would say that are these shades
are classic, elegant and office friendly. They are versatile and definitely not
just for fall.
Get cherried away
This is from their 2014 Coca Cola
collection and was inspired by cherry coke. To me looks like medium deep purple
and its cream formula. It has very good reviews. In some pictures looks like it
has red undertones.

What's the hatter with you
It was represented last year for OPI's so called ˝bright shades˝ and was a par of their Alice trough the looking glass collection. Another wonderful cream formula with high rating. Similar to previous color, but deeper and more reddish violet. It's so hard to describe these shades.

This nail polish is now it their classical collection, but was originally part of 2013 fall San Francisco collection. Cream formula. This color is darker than previous two, but still in that violet-reddish tone, on official web site described as rich burgundy shade.

Red, violet? One or two coats? We're on the half way now. Which one looks the best? I'm telling you, every day I have a new favorite.
