Mini Lush haul

Since I get my first bath bomb (Sex bomb) from Lush for my birthday about two months ago, I become obsessed with their products. I wanted to try out everything; my wishlist was growing every week. I calmed down a bit and become more reasonable. A few days ago I visited Lush store and bought just two items, other products will get on their turn some other time. Let’s admit, Lush is not very wallet friendly, especially if you’re an occasional impulsive shopper like myself. As you may notice, I love coffee and honey scents and these products smell like – you guessed, honey and coffee.

Bath bomb – Honey Bee
Gorgeous smelling yellow ball of joy, for effective aromatherapy and soft skin. It has also clay in it which purifies the skin a bit. The clay sits down to the bottom of the tub and gets the feeling like you’re sitting on sandy beach. It’s not so realistic feeling, but with good imagination you can get there. It smells like flowers, honey and citruses. I find this smell calming and uplifting at the same time. It’s not again realistic honey, but I enjoy it anyway. I never use the whole bomb at once, but cut it into four pieces, because I never fully fill my bathtub. I’m planning to buy it again, when weather gets colder.

Massage bar – Percup
This coffee smelling bar, containing real coffee beans is truly reserved for lovers of the dark caffeine potion. It smells like bitter coffee with some sugar added. Somehow bitterly/sweet. The smell is quite strong and stays on the skin for a long time. It is very oily and slow absorbing, so you need just a tiny amount. I wouldn’t use it for the whole body, because my skin is not so dry and it would be too much. For now, I apply it just on my legs after shaving.

Soap bar – Honey I washed the kids
I bought just a 100g piece and I assume it will last for a long time. It smells like honey and caramel and it’s a cult product from Lush. I think everybody would love it. It’s been a long time since I was using a solid soap and I still need to get used to it. By my opinion it cleans better than liquid soaps do and leaves skin squeaky clean. You should put your moisturizer on after showering. It is decorated with bee wax, what gives a nice touch to otherwise average looking soap bar.  The smell is very pleasant, not overwhelming and stays on the skin for quite long time.

Wishlist:
Bath bomb - Frozen
I had it in my hands just the other day, but I decided, I’ll buy it when days get a bit colder and I’ll take baths more often. Is smells like neroli and other citruses. The bomb is pale blue, with dark blue center and silver glitters in it.

Bubble bar - Blue skies fluffy white clouds
I never owned a bubble bar, but they supposed to be even better then bath bombs, because of the bubbles of course. According to the website it contains patchuly and cinnamon notes, sweet and spicy. To be honest, in Lush store everything smells similar. I like the scent, but can’t really tell how it smells like, it’s pleasant and not too strong. And I like the blue color, it’s calming, so this is on my list.
