Lookbook: Autumnal punk princess

I always strongly believed that brown and black belong together and can create an impression of confidence, power, and soft felinity at the same time. This is exactly what I wanted to show with this look – boldness and fragility and the same time, which is sexy and inviting. Ok, this was overreacting, let’s go to the point. The centerpiece is this long and girly dress with butterflies, but the color makes it way more serious, even sad. It reminds me of transience and changes in nature. It is true autumn, caught in a dress. As a contrast, I selected strong black accessories that add this softness an edgier note and round the whole outfit just beautifully. Lookbook: Late summer plaid

The first thing that came to my mind after I saw this green checked jumpsuit was: How gorgeous must that look on tanned skin? The pattern is classical, but the color makes it fun, less serious, and more modern. You would feel great and confident wearing this because it is light and flowy. You can cover up some insecurities, but also emphasize your figure. And if you are able to avoid public bathrooms for the occasion, it’s a win-win situation. To complete this monochromatic vibe, I chose a bag in the same shade of green. I am obsessed with this color, but I don’t find it as the best selection for a bag, because it is not so versatile. In my opinion, it ˝crashes˝ with many common things from my wardrobe. But maybe, that is just my problem… For a touch of glamour, I added light golden shiny sandals with gems and a wider bracelet. Lookbook: Chic city stroll

For this week’s look I selected classy, but fun pieces, appropriate for walks in an overheated city or wherever your heart takes you these days. Although summer is usually filled with bold patterns and flowy dresses, sometimes it’s nice to take a break and wear something basic, but still great. Beige shorts are not reserved for pensioners on a trip and black is always a great idea even during the peak of the season.  Wider beige shorts by HM  – these are very flattering, comfortable, and almost look like a skirt. It’s a great choice for those who are usually avoiding this type of pants because they are longer and will hide your thighs a bit and give you some confidence. Sleeveless top with ancient motive by Desigual  – Desigual rarely disappoints with their creativity. This top is full of motives, but they are nicely put together and it represents a playful addition to the whole look. And the great news is, that you can find it on SALE now, so hurry. Lookbook: Casually happy

I always think that yellow is such a happy color, so this look was created to make you all feel better even just for a second or two. The centerpiece is this oversized ribbed velour shirt that looks super comfortable and effortlessly chic. Giant clothes are still popular and they can also help to hide those parts that you don’t feel that great about. High wasted jeans are quite basic, but with some additional touches, so they look more youthful and trendy. Although it is still wintertime, you can easily get away by wearing white sneakers. Then we have another joyful piece – a floral backpack that still looks adult enough to be taken seriously. And my favorite touch, pearly hoop earrings for just a bit of glam.  SHIRT: Zara  JEANS: Orsay SNEAKERS: Adidas NY90 BACKPACK: Desigual EARRINGS: Kate Spade

Lookbook: Spring vibes of January

Last week the weather was abnormally warm and super pleasant for this time of the year, so this inspired me to slightly flirt with spring.  As a base, I selected a beautiful light blue/gray velvet dress. Still warm enough and super comfortable. I would wear it with thicker skin-colored tights or even leggings. Then we have a beige, short leather jacket which brightens the whole look a bit and complimented low ankle boots, convenient enough for long city walks. as some kind of enrichment of the whole look, I selected a slightly bolder bucket bag that stands out. I believe that you need something like this when you are accessorizing ˝safe˝ and ¨quiet¨ outfits. Then we have a steel bangle bracelet with a traditional pattern that looks fun and easy to wear. Lookbook: Metallic elegance

For the last post of the year, I chose to create another outfit inspiration collage. Maybe you have the privilege to go somewhere fancy and search for a last-minute idea, or you just want to kill some time and relax in front of your screen. I didn’t want to end this month with that typical post about new year’s resolution and endless goals – I might still do that in January though, but somehow I doubt. Fashion is always a great way to express yourself without being too strenuous. This look is more traditional – a dark blue dress with lots of silver metallic threads, it is timeless and elegant. Then I overreacted a bit with silver slings with giant jeweled clasp and silver purse, also quite decorated with floral details. But it is the occasion when we can be over the top and it still looks acceptable.  Dress - Swing (Peek&Cloppenburg) Shoes - DUNE London Casis (Zalando) Bag - Mascara (Zalando)

Lookbook: New Year's Eve rosegold romance

When I think about winter party outfits or the big (or it used to be) New Year’s Eve party, the first thing on my mind is always bold, darker colors, and black. Red and gold are somehow reserved for Christmas, but for the last day of the year is – dark and elegant. I wanted to change that and include something a bit unusual to my lookbook – a cream, floral romantic dress that is more usual for springtime and some metallic contrast with rosegold shoes, bag, and accessories. I wanted to present this look as a fresh start and a confident step into 2022.
