Sometimes you need a break from serious, complex, and overpriced designer fragrances and just wear something extra uplifting and fun. In the past year or so I realized that my fragrance collection is leaning towards being boring. More and more perfumes were somehow left behind and being forgotten because they were just not interesting enough for me. I decluttered a few and that instantly made me feel better. I went back to basics and ask myself what I really like. I remembered that I used to love Meow by Katy Perry, but it is not available here anymore. Then I got introduced to its dupe. Bingo! Sweet like candy by Ariana Grande is as I just mentioned, very similar to Meow, but includes more berry notes. It is my first celebrity fragrance after a few years now, and I’m very glad that I turned to explore these shelves again. I would describe it as very sweet, but fresh.
