My hair can be super frizzy sometimes, so when I ran out of my regular shampoo, I decided to splurge on Kerastase discipline . For some reason I always think that it is called disciplinique, it sounds better :) This line of products was often recommended to me and has brilliant reviews, but when it comes to shampoo, I was always more attracted by cheaper brands.
