Kerastase: Discipline shampoo review

I guess this week will be entirely dedicated to Kerastase, because here’s another review of their product.

My hair can be super frizzy sometimes, so when I ran out of my regular shampoo, I decided to splurge on Kerastase discipline. For some reason I always think that it is called disciplinique, it sounds better :)

This line of products was often recommended to me and has brilliant reviews, but when it comes to shampoo, I was always more attracted by cheaper brands.

Let’s do this the old-school way and just get to the point.

PROS:

·         feels and smells super luxurious, it gives you that hair-spa experience

·         makes your hair soft and smooth

·         reduces frizz

·         appealing packaging

CONS:

·         a bit heavy for hair that gets oily fast

·         it gives me only one day of good hair (the next day it becomes flat, almost dirty looking)

·         pricey

I usually use this as my weekend shampoo as some kind of a break from more aggressive products for my oily scalp, and for occasions when I want my hair to look perfect. I do actually really like it, but I know that the next day, I will need to put my hair up or use a dry shampoo.

It is all about that salon-like experience and one great hair day.
