Another collection of beautiful things

It is time for another set of collages, filled with a lot of desired things. Let’s start with fashion! After a few months of strict lockdown and forced online shopping, our stores are finally open again. Yaay! I really want to add some pieces to my wardrobe and refresh my quite boring everyday work appearance. Colour wise, this look is not typically spring, but more like something transitional. I adore chiffon skirts, but they shouldn’t be too wide and over the top. One additional layer of fabric is enough to create that slightly flowy and soft look without turning into a ballerina. I found these two skirts on Peek&Cloppenburg website and will definitely check them out. Both are by their store brand Montego. I find shirt dresses to be very flattering on me. You can dress them up or wear more casually and are just very versatile. Belt always gives them that right structure. This I found this one and many similar at Veromoda. I wear cardigans a lot, especially to office, so I’m constantly in search for great cardigan. Ecru is always a great idea to add in your closet and can be worn with so many different things and for a moths to come. This is again Montego for Peek&Cloppenburg. My biggest concern is still how to combine dresses with sneakers. I think I’m terrible at that. I discovered this cute pair by Kate Gray at Humanic and I think I’m going to buy them if they are light enough. What do you think? Are they good to be worn with dresses or I need something totally opposite like clean white sneaker instead?

Beauty department. I still have one gift card left from Christmas for my favourite drugstore, so I’m looking forward to browse novelties trough their shelves. What are your thoughts about yellow nail polish? I love it and I think I’ll just buy this one from OPI’s new Hollywood collectionBee-hind the scenes. Such a pretty name and the shade of course! I promised to myself that I won’t buy any new fragrances for a longer period of time, but I can still try something new, right? This is Candy love by Escada.  I am not a fan of this packaging, it is clearly marketed for younger population, but I am curious how it smells, because the listed notes are fantastic. Moving forward to earrings – again something very cute and appealing, but not for me, they are just too girly. I love the combination or the rose gold and pink stones, it is magnificent. If there would be a bracelet from the same line, I might wear it. This is ne gold line called Phantasy herat by Zlatarna Celje. The last item from this collage will be a re-purchase. This is holographic highlighter in lilac and pink by Makeup Factory. I love it so much, but mine was already too old, so I had to throw it away.

The last part is dedicated to my home and soul food. Since the inauguration on January I’ve been obsessed with these two ladies, so my next logical step was to learn more about them from their books (and social media). I already ordered Where the light enters by the new First lady of the USA Jill Biden. I’m am expecting very personal and motivational story that will teach me how to stay strong and dedicated to my passions. The truths we hold is book by the first and also new Vice president of the USA Kamala Harris. By the reviews I read I assume this is not as personal, but more focused on her political beliefs and wishes for her country. It was also released during the campaign, so it is supposed to serve as some kind of platform. I am not sure about her book just yet, but am I strongly convinced by her contagious smile and excellent work. They both are my new role models! Easter is approaching and this year I want to finally try Yankee candles famous Easter collection. The smell of the chocolate can be either a total hit or complete miss, but I’m an optimist. Also I would like to have something flowery and fresh, maybe something new from their Elevation line. Candles I’m on a hint for are named: Chocolate Easter truffles and Rose hibiscus. And the last thing from my selection is a heavy ceramic mixing bowl In the forest by Mason Cash. This line is so inviting and beautiful. I always mix my dough in plastic bowls and hate to clean them afterwards, especially the greasy part is hard to remove because it gets absorbed. I might just try something new.
