Marigolden Hour is a very warm orange-yellow shade and comes in a cream formula. It was released this summer as part of the Malibu collection.
Although I wore it during summer, to me it is more color for fall. This shade is quite bright for my taste and out of my comfort zone, so it is my weekend polish. I would not describe it as super unique, but it is a step away from your usual yellow.
The formula is thin but easy to work with. The color is completely even after three coats. If you are not a perfectionist, you can easily go away with only two coats – like me. I just hate painting the third coat.
Removing it was not that great, it surprisingly stains quite a lot. Usually, I have no problem with brighter shades with OPI’s formula, but this one is an exception.
If you are looking for something different for this season, maybe you should give this shade a try and stand out a little. Anyway, always have fun with colors!
