Mini personal reading challenge for December

Because I am a very lazy reader (but enthusiastic book shopper) and because I’ll be having some days off in December, I decided to set myself a mini goal – book reading challenge.

But I need to stay real, two books (one and a half if I’m being completely honest) is more than enough for this time. I might set greater goals for 2022.

My first choice is: Blowing my way to the top by OUAI founder Jen Atkin (my boyfriend adores the title)

I already started reading this during my summer break and loved it so far. It is motivational and full of advice and fun facts for future entrepreneurs, business owners, and others who like to dream big. I believe it will be a great reading before setting my New Year’s resolutions and maybe even some business decisions.

Second book: Harvey and me – A mothers love by Katie Price

I am definitely not a fan of Katie and her actions (from past or recent), but I admire her as a mother. I watched some videos with her and her children, especially with her son Harvey and she convinced me immediately. Harvey was born with Prader-Willi syndrome, autism and also has some serious problems with his vision. They have that special relationship and despite all of his troubles, she raised him into a very polite and sensible young man. I have high expectations for this book and I hope that her love for Harvey will be reflected from every single page.

If everything goes by plan, I’ll do the reviews of both books in January.

Hope you’ll read something great during your time off!
