You probably agree that finding a really good concealer is a tough task. There is always something wrong with them. Then we often turn to expensive ones, with high hopes and expectations, and soon find out that those are often ever worse… 


Catrice Liquid Camouflage High Coverage waterproof concealer is an excellent and overlooked drugstore choice. It has been around for a while, actually for years, but it never caught enough of my attention. I don’t have a lot of positive experiences with Catrice, their products are often a miss for me, so that’s why I often skip their shelves.

I got it in the shade 020 – light beige, which was the second ˝dark˝ shade in our drugstore, I believe they had four of them, but otherwise, it is available in 9 different colors.


PROS:

  • great medium coverage
  • easy to blend
  • doesn’t crease
  • long-wearing
  • doesn’t emphasize my fine lines
  • price
  • easy to find

 CONS:

  • strong smell
  • a limited selection of shades


This one has slightly ornange undertones, but it is still very light. I hope I'll find my match for summer months.
Although this does not cover my under-eye circles completely, I am still very impressed with its performance. I usually pair it with my BB cream and they work together really great. It dries down to a matte finish, but it’s not drying at all.
