Mini Notino haul

It is such a great feeling when your parcel finally arrives and if that happens on Friday, it’s even better! Today I want to show you my mini Notino haul. There are ˝only˝ three items, but that doesn’t mean that it is less important. I just wanted to slightly refresh my beauty drawer and treat myself to something new.

A few weeks ago, I tested La Nuit Tresor Nude by Lancome at the drugstore and fell in love immediately. It is sweet but fresh, fruity, and slightly tropical. It is something that I’m missing in my fragrance wardrobe and is certainly a great choice for the upcoming spring and summer months. I bought the smallest bottle because I own so many fragrances already.

Prep and Prime Fix + face mist by Mac – coconut scented. I don’t know how useful will this be for setting my makeup, but I love the idea of a cold and refreshing coconut splash on my face. And it was on sale, which is a huge plus. I just hope that the sprayer works.

OPI nature strong in the shade Right as rain – natural line from OPI is far my favorite. The formula is just perfect and it also smells quite pleasant, it is not as harsh as the traditional one.  My choice is not a typical spring shade, this one looks like it was a part of a fall collection, but I don’t care. The name definitely suits our usual weather in April.

Wishes

  It is time for another wish list or as I like to say it – things that recently caught my attention. Honestly, this is just a small fraction, but I’m too embarrassed to everything out there. The center of the list represents a linen lounge shirt from Intimissimi . I bought one last year and I am super pleased with it. It keeps me cool during these crazy tropical nights and feels very comfortable. I also very much enjoy their silk shirts, but the buttons are simply too annoying sometimes … Now, let’s go up and right to Dior. Another blush? Yes, please! Dior yet again reformulated their famous Backstage Rosy Glow blushes and added some new shades. I always desperately wanted to buy the lavender one, but it was not available in our country. But now something completely different caught my attention – muted, peachy, beige shade – Toffee . Dior Forever Glow Maximizer - Peachy

Apparently this year I have been obsessed with highlighters and blushes because it is time to review another one – Forever Glow Maximizer by Dior in the shade PEACHY. If the Star Glow Filter is very subtle, this is not. It is not tacky and can be beautifully blended, but it’s a real highlighter that serves its purpose. Peachy – light, golden peach with gold and pink shimmer. On my light skin tone, I often wear this as a blush, because I think it works better on me like this. It gives that slight amount of warmth to my face and a subtle golden sheen. It can be built up, but it can also look too much. Now when I’m getting a bit darker I love to put it on top of my bronzer or/and use it as an eyeshadow to achieve a light monochromatic summer look.  Indoor light Sunlight This is a great and versatile product, but I still prefer powder versions of Dior highlighters, they are just easier to work with and blend more effortlessly.
