Today I want to share my thoughts about Diorskin
Nude Luminizer in shade 005 Rose Glow. This was love at first sight already over
a year ago, but I was afraid to purchase it. It’s a pricy product, so you
˝need˝ to do some more research before buying it. My first concern was that it
will be too dark for my lighter skin tone, because on some pictures looks as
very deep shade. In stores, under specific lights, can look very different. Second
thing is that there are almost no swatches online. Everyone buys shade 001 or
002 which I think are not that special, but this rosy – bronze is more unique. So I collected my courage and bought it, in
worst case it can be used as an eyeshadow…
This luminizer quickly became one of my
favorite makeup products. I truly enjoy it, but not because I would have an
urge to justify its price or name. It is noticeable, but at the same time
subtle enough to be worn every day. It is quite sheer shade of darker nude,
rose - brown with metallic glow and reflecting shimmer. It is not over the top,
but can be buildable, for bolder effect. I like to wear it with my bronzer, for
that summer sun kissed glow.
It blends nicely and easily, I apply it with my RT
setting brush. I just tap on the pan, because I’m afraid I’ll overdue it. It
wears nicely during the whole workday. I don’t think it emphasizes my pores or
wrinkles. It has some unnecessary - cream like artificial smell, but only when
in the pan.
Powder comes in gorgeous, sleek metallic case
with mirror and of course velvet pouch. I believe that Diorskin Nude Luminizer
comes in six different shades, this one is second darkest. If you want to treat
yourself with a fancy highlighter, this one is highly recommended.
I like this powder as well. Very good!
